The modern life style and the industrial pollution has made it difficult to get all the nutrients necessary for our body, even through eating organic foods. Taking natural food supplements can improve health and balance of the minerals and nutrients in the body.

Here are some of the top organic herbs with many health benefits:

Alfalfa: Alfalfa has many minerals and nutrients such as potassium, manganese, calcium and vitamins. The roots of alfalfa are 130 feet deep into the earth. Alfalfa is a mineral supplement that can heal infections, burns, bleeding gums, cancer and liver disorders.


Aloe Vera: There are more than 200 kinds of aloe Vera on earth.
