In this section of Seattle Organic Restaurants, I’m going to talk about investment on superfoods. Poor eating habits and lack of micronutrients have caused many health issues in the US. Most people shouldn’t ask why organic food is so expensive, but they should ask why cheap or junk foods are so cheap.

Keep in mind that healthy nutritional diet isn’t as expensive as cancer to or spending money on medical bills. Spending money on a balanced nutritional diet is a smart investment that will pay back. As they say “pay the farmer now, or pay the doctor later”.

Consuming more micronutrients can improve your health and well-being. By eliminating junk foods, you can lose weight and start feeling better. Many people spend lots of money on low or nonfat diets that won’t even work and 90% of the times people gain more weight than before. When you gain the weight you already lost, the stubborn fat that comes back is often even more dangerous.

If you want to maintain a healthy weight, you have to change your eating habits. Eating superfoods that are full of micronutrients can be fun and after a while becomes a second nature. You can eat a lot and you do not have to worry about gaining weight or getting sick. Micronutrients make you feel less hungry. Did you know that many hungers aren’t even real hunger and we do not necessarily eat because we are hungry? Often times we eat because of entertainment, stress, food addictions, toxic hunger and malnutrition.
