In this section of Seattle Organic Restaurants I’m going to talk about health benefits of green superfoods. Green superfoods are phytonutrient or rich in nutrients driven from grasses, algae or green plants. Green superfoods contain phytochemicals that can increase the body’s immune system against disease such as cancer or heart problems.
It’s very easy to digest green superfoods as they are full of fiber and great for colon cleansing. Green superfoods help to regulate metabolism, burn fat and they are also high in minerals and vitamins. Green superfoods contain protein and healthy bacteria to clean the body and protect the body against illnesses and diseases.
