Poor eating habits and lack of micronutrients have caused many health issues in the US. I hear people sometimes say that organic good healthy food is expensive but what’s the price of pain and misery when you are sick and in pain and can’t work, have fun or enjoy life?

Superfoods such as green leafy vegetables, herbals, berries, mushrooms, fruits and nuts, avocado and real chocolate are full of micronutrients. Organic nutritional foods are more expensive, but they also have 100 times more nutrients than meat, dairy products, processed foods and cooked foods. Investing on good nutritional food will save you both money and pain long term, so start today by eliminating all sugary beverages and processed foods and consuming superfoods.
