Chef Jodee Capo offers a unique range of hand-made organic and local, vegan, Low-Glycemic, Gluten-Free desserts and savory food items all year round! Chef Jodee Capo also offers an awesome method of food preparation for creating delicious, as well as nutritious, desserts and savory foods. He dehydrates many of his treats and savory items at a low temperature, under 118 degree, which helps to lock in enzymes, oxygen and other nutrients!
The desserts at Jodee's are made from large selection of specialty organic, local and fair trade products that come from all over the globe. Some of these include coconut meat, coconut oils, exotic spices, mineral salts, raw cacao (chocolate), tropical nuts, seeds and locally grown fruits and vegetables. Jodee's Desserts is proud to offer Organic Stumptown French Press and Cold Brew coffees. In addition you could have a great selection of freshly made daily free milks, including organic Almond, Hemp Seed and Coconut Milk (all of which are made in-house). These are great options for customers that are lactose intolerant or are just looking for a cholesterol-free milk alternative.
