The perfect spot for happy hour and cocktail is the Art Lounge room and there is a main dining room for business lunch or dinner meetings. Executive Chef Kerry Sear has nearly two decaces of exclusive experience in preparing fine cuisines with seasonal and fresh ingredients from ranchers, farmers and local producers. The Art restaurant cuisine is inspired by some of the freshest organic producers and seafood in and around Pacific Northwest. The main dishes such as the seared Indian spiced salmon, the Dungeness crab Cannelloni, Dungeness Crab Louie Salad and the Arugula & Artichokes Salad are prepared fresh everyday and are some of the favorite of the locals.
