A boutique eatery located in the dynamic district of Seattle (a great neighborhood of Capitol Hill), Kaisho offers many wonderful dishes, such as the Shrimp and house Smoked Salmon or Smoked Duck, or the Thai fried chicken and kimchee waffles with coconut butter, or the moo shoo tacos made with pork belly, or the Nori chips with wasabi-creme-fraiche. Make sure you try the chocolate torte fudge with glazed pecans, it's quite delicious. Kaisho restaurant offers a warm atmosphere with its nice setting, beautiful plating, and rainbow lights and the club music.

Well, the first thing we notices about Kaisho Restaurant is that their website is often very slow. The Asian fusion food is very creative and the duck tastes quite delicious. Two of our editors tried the restaurant, both times for dinner. Both were impressed with the food but not so much waiting relatively long to get seated. Either way, the food was creative and interesting and tasty.
